How do we conduct our Roof Surveys
and Inspections ?
After proceeding with a preliminary desktop survey using Google Earth to study the location and evaluate the size and complexity of your roof, we come to the site and launch our drone over the property.
​
We manually thoroughly scan the roof, taking an unlimited number of overlapping close-ups of the tiles, gutters, flashing, skylights, chimney stacks, ridges and parapet walls, focusing on any other area you will mention in your brief.

We transmit all the pictures to our surveyors for a professional analyse and establishment of a detailed Condition and Advice Report.

The report is normally back within 72 Hours and we send it to you straight away by email. You receive as well all the pictures taken in full resolution.
